Shipping in the United States
Getting your Bottle Buddies should be simple! Here is what to expect when ordering from Finturely.
- Free U.S. standard shipping when you order a Bottle Buddies Handle Starter Kit or Elephant, Lion or Giraffe Plush Starter Kit on its own.
- Free U.S. standard shipping on qualifying carts of $25 or more in merchandise, excluding shipping and taxes. Discounts may affect your qualifying total.
- Smaller accessory orders generally cost $4.90 for U.S. standard shipping when they're lightweight. Heavier products may have higher shipping costs.
Orders combining starter kits with accessories that total less than $25 may have a shipping charge because the items use different shipping rules. The applicable rate for your order and delivery address is confirmed at checkout.
Expedited delivery
Paid expedited shipping is offered for some products and U.S. delivery addresses. Availability and charges are shown at checkout; not every item or mixed cart has an expedited option.
When will my order arrive?
We prepare orders after payment confirmation. Processing times depend on item availability and order volume. A shipping confirmation is sent when your order is dispatched, with tracking details when available.
Once shipped, U.S. standard transit is generally estimated at approximately 3–5 business days, depending on destination and carrier. Estimated delivery dates are not guarantees; holidays, weather and carrier delays may affect arrival.
Shipping outside the United States
International shipping is offered only for selected items and destinations, with available shipping methods priced at checkout. Certain Bottle Buddies starter kits are available for U.S. delivery only. Customs duties, import taxes and local fees may apply to international orders unless checkout indicates otherwise.
